Intimate patio with evening light and grape vines and wildflowers

Luxi Bia is a small farming town, once abandoned, now in the process of revitalization, located in the southwest of the island of Sardinia. A physical manifestation of past, present and future, it provides a tangible place for designers and visitors alike to immerse themselves in the territory.

It is a place that is notable for the rare luxury of absence – absence of artificial light, absence of noise pollution – which allows visitors to situate themselves within the natural and architectural elements that surround them. It is a property that is full of histories and stories, from the reclaimed olive grove to the pieces of our collection that grace each home. It offers the conditions (experiential and intellectual) for reflection, a place to come back to for new inspirations and positive impulses.
